Getting to Apartment 7: First floor. Take the staircase on your left, signed for Apartments 7, 11 and 12. Apartment 7 is the first door on your right. About 6 steps into the building, then one flight of around 12 stairs. From the rear car park entrance it’s about 2 steps, then the same 12 stairs. There’s no lift.
Free parking behind the building, subject to availability: usually one space per apartment. It isn’t guaranteed, and bays marked Resident Parking belong to permanent residents and must not be used.
Vans: smaller work vans are fine. Larger vans are not: no Luton bodies, no long wheelbase and nothing tall. If you’re arriving in anything bigger than an ordinary transit-sized van, please ask us first.
Other options: on-street parking where permitted on Canterbury Road, Grimshill Road, Cromwell Road and St John’s Road (check the restrictions before leaving the car), or the paid car parks at Whitstable Station, Victoria Street and Gorrell Tank.
These are residential buildings with permanent residents living alongside guests, so: no parties or events, no smoking or vaping inside or in communal areas, no pets unless agreed in writing, quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, only the guests named on the booking, and please return the key to the lockbox at check-out.
